This was the question at the first Global Conference on Harnessing Data to Improve Corruption Measurement, jointly organised by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Newly established reporting offices enable anonymous whistleblowing

To protect whistleblowers, reporting platforms have been set up at the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (Bundesamt zur Korruptionsprävention und Korruptionsbekämpfung – BAK) since 25 August 2023. The platforms ensure anonymous communication about breaches that have come to light in the course of professional activities.

Board Meeting of the EPAC/EACN networks in Dublin

On 28 June 2023, the boards of the anti-corruption networks "European Partners against Corruption" (EPAC) and "European contact-point network against corruption" (EACN) met at the invitation of the Irish Board Member and Deputy Vice President of the Police Oversight Strand on the premises of the Irish Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission.
