BAK delegation at ENPE conference in Rome

The annual conference of the European Network for Public Ethics (ENPE) took place in Rome on 10 and 11 October 2024. As a founding member of the network, the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) was represented at the conference.

OECD WGB completes Phase 4 review of Austria

As part of the fourth phase of evaluating Austria’s implementation of the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, Austria was reviewed by the OECD Working Group on Bribery (WGB). A delegation from Austria, including a representative of the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK), was present in Paris during the final week of the review from 7 to 11 October 2024.

BAK delegation pays visit to new Dean of IACA

On 7 October 2024, a delegation from the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) visited the new Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) in Laxenburg. In addition to getting to know each other personally, the agenda of the long-standing cooperation partners included working together on numerous future projects.

BAK presents ‘YOUTH4Integrity’ at UNODC

From 28 August to 6 September 2024, the resumed 15th meeting of the UNCAC Implementation Review Group took place at UNODC premises at Vienna International Centre. The Group serves as a subsidiary body of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption and is comprised of all States parties. BAK participated with a delegation.

BAK delegation at International Anti-Corruption Conference in Vilnius

The 21st International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) took place in Vilnius, Lithuania, from 18 to 21 June 2024. During the conference, the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) was represented on the panel of a workshop of the EPAC/EACN networks.
