BAK at 2026 OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum in Paris
From 23 to 27 March 2026, representatives of the Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) attended the OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum in Paris. The forum was held under the theme ‘The Integrity Advantage: Powering Competitiveness and Prosperity’ and provided a platform for discussions on current developments and challenges in the international fight against corruption.
In addition to addressing current developments and challenges in the international fight against corruption, the forum also hosted other working groups, including the European Network for Public Ethics (ENPE), a new Task Force on Fraud & Corruption, and the OECD Working Party on Public Integrity and Anti-Corruption. These meetings provided an opportunity to exchange experience and best practices in the field of corruption prevention and combating, and to jointly develop solutions to current challenges.
In addition, the OECD Public Integrity Outlook was presented. It is based on a comprehensive collection of data covering various areas such as lobbying, policies and the judicial system. The OECD Public Integrity Outlook provides a comprehensive analysis of the current situation regarding the prevention and fight against corruption and offers recommendations for the further development of policies and measures.
High-level participants, including the Moroccan Minister of Finance and the Croatian Minister of Justice, presented national measures to strengthen transparency in public procurement, to implement national anti-corruption strategies, and to protect whistleblowers. These presentations provided an insight into the various approaches and experience of the participating countries and facilitated an exchange of best practices.
