Working Party of Senior Public Integrity Officials (SPIO) holds spring session

At the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) SPIO meeting on 4 May 2021, Austria was represented by the BAK (Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption) Unit 2.1 (Prevention and Basic Research). The video conference was chaired by the Director for Public Governance of the OECD, Elsa Pilichowski.

Second meeting of "EU Integrity” sub-working group 4

On 25 March 2021, the Austrian Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption (BAK) hosted online the second meeting of SWG 4 ("Integrity and anti-corruption standards”) of the EPAC/EACN Working Group "EU Integrity”.

Completion of compliance advisory services for the FMA

The BAK has carried out a compliance consultation for the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). It has accompanied the FMA in achieving its objective of enhancing its existing compliance management system.
