Corruption prevention officers' autumn conference in Rust from 14 to 16 November 2022

The autumn conference 2022 of corruption prevention officers (CPO) with compliance officers (CO) of the regional police directorates and the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (MoI) focused on the following topics:

- Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Special workshop and keynote speech on criminal law on corruption;
- Review, status quo and future plans;
- Compliance Management System of the MoI and CPO.

The CPO/CO/CCO Autumn Conference 2022 demonstrated the effectiveness of the mix of digital information dissemination and face-to-face discussion between participants. Sensitive seminar contents could be openly addressed and discussed, creative ideas in the preparation of the 2023 action plan were digitally implemented and immediately forwarded. In summary, it can be said that the CPO/CO/CCO Autumn Conference 2022 allowed for a successful exchange between all participants.

The conference was co-financed by the EU Internal Security Fund (ISF) under the project "Anti-Corruption Training of Public Officials and Support to the National Network of Corruption Prevention Officers".
